Based at our Streatham Campus, this part-time (18.5 hours per week) post is available from 1st October 2018 in People Services and Global Partnerships on a permanent basis.

About the role
We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated candidate with excellent administrative skills to join our dedicated People Development team. The team has ambitious plans and you will make a significant contribution to the delivery of a range of high quality, professional development activities.
Working closely with the rest of the team, you will understand the importance of strong attention to detail, delivering excellent customer service and using organisational skills to prioritise your work and manage a busy workload.
You will have an understanding of the role of learning and development, the ambition to build on knowledge and the confidence to liaise with people at all levels. Accustomed to dealing with customers, you will understand the importance of being approachable and of excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have a strong team ethos and work with us to identify ways to continuously improve our service and provide additional value to the Colleges and Services we support.
